The Tarantufants team is the men’s training team of E.S.R.C. The Elephants. The Tarantufants consist of a cluster of the Tilburg Student Rugby Club Tarantula and the men of The Elephants. The team was created for new players to gain experience or for the Elephants who want to slow down.

The Elephants in this team train together with the men from the Elephants 1 team. You can therefore, if this appeals to you, be selected for the first one.

Otherwise, there is no distinction between the two teams. As with any student team, the 1st, 2nd and also the 3rd halves are all taken very seriously. . Thus bonding is well worked on, in which the La Route also certainly plays a big role. But the pinnacle of bonding is the annual trip! Unfortunately we cannot tell you anything about that. The gentlemen also attend tournaments mainly during the summer months, such as the Ameland Beach rugby tournament, under the pseudonym RC Precum.

Currently, the Tarantufants play in the third division of Dutch Rugby.
